Bottle:Golden to deep golden, smaller lacy white head, sweetish caramelly-toasty nose, traces of vegetables and metal underneath; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, quite soft, but also quite light bodied for a beer of 5.5%;sweetish and metallic finish. Not so good…

(bottle) Extremely cloudy, pale golden colour with a big and firm foamy white head. Yeasty, grainy wheaty aroma with notes of banana, citrus and a whiff of cloves. Slightly sweet and sour flavour, rather light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Mildly wheaty and slightly grainy taste with notes of citrus and a tinge of banana; mildly sourish fruity finish with just a whiff of phenolic spices. Very simple but refreshing Weizen. 04.VI.12
