Sample from 75cl bottle at Alexander Wines Spring Tasting. Appearance - golden and steady bubbles. Nose - sweet and lightly acidic quince. Green apple, pear, aniseed and dill notes are lurking. Taste - more of the rich quince with pear notes lingering at the back. Palate - medium bodied, rich but still a bit of fruit tartness and even light fruit tannins. Overall - very complex this one!

75cl bottle from National Brewery Centre. Clear pale greenish yellow appearance. Fresh floral sweet perry nose. Clean sweet Perry profile, floral with a mild fine spritz. Vibrant quince like fruitiness emerging. Decent.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Hazy pale golden, lively head. Aroma of sweet pears. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Straightforward pear flavour, spritzy carbonation. Mild pear skin bitterness.

Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Bright pale golden colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of elderflower, apple, vinegary funk edge. Taste is sweetish, elderflower, apple, fruity, drying, herby, tangy. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry elderflower finish. Nicely drinkable.
