Ramborn is the first Luxembourgish cider producer. We only ferment the freshly pressed juice of apples and pears grown exclusively in traditional orchards of large, standard trees. No concentrate. No industrial plantations.

ABV: 7.4%. Clear medium yellow colour with virtually none appearance, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, green appls, floral, moderate hoppy, citrus, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, floral, grass, apple, green apples, citrus, minerals, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple, red apples, green apples. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, red apple sweet, apple skin, sharp apple - crispy, tannins, green apple. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Harvest 2020, bottled 2021 . Pours clear, darkened gold / copper. Scent is full, candy-pear syrup. Mild 'peel'. Taste is very full, drying tanines (from the fruits) . Candy, pear, applesauce. Fleshy (fruity). lovely. mild alcohol warmth, even though it's only (!) 7.4 % - which is probably the lowest I've personally seen in an ice perry.
