Harvest 2020, bottled 2021 . Pours clear, darkened gold / copper. Scent is full, candy-pear syrup. Mild 'peel'. Taste is very full, drying tanines (from the fruits) . Candy, pear, applesauce. Fleshy (fruity). lovely. mild alcohol warmth, even though it's only (!) 7.4 % - which is probably the lowest I've personally seen in an ice perry.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear golden, still. Sweet ripe apples topped by raising rum. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Ripe apples with mild citricity. Rum and brown sugar, peppery finish.
