Pours clear, darker orangegold. Scent is rich, full apple, medium intense. Taste is full, sweet, mild acidity, mild tannins, very fleshy apples, some skins. Nice, but not exceptionnal ice cider.

Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, apple, sweet apples, sour apple cider, medium dry, light herbs - quince (kvæde), balanced - smooth.
