Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear amber without head. Aroma is sweet, apples, red apples and apple pie. Flavor is quite sweet. Dry finish with warming alcohol. Oily. 051220

Bottle @Romania2Ulfborg. Clear dark golden, tiny head. Apple, apple pie, fermented apple aroma. Sweet flavour, apple pie and fermented apple with a nice apple acidity to balance.

Sample many thanks to danlo! Clear gold appearance. Bright, almost phenolic quince nose. Oily palate, quite floral, rich with good quince fruit coming through. Interesting but very heavy on the quince, unsurprisingly. I sense its a fruit much better blended with Pears.

28/10/2020. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of green apple, citrus, zest, herb, and a touch of mint leaf. Moderate sweetness and light tartness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Dry tart finish. Quite enjoyable.

750ml wired cork bottle from Scrattings. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, golden colour, fizzy white foam head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of quince, citric. Taste is sweetish, quince, tart, fruity, citric, mellow, with some drying acidity. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, residual sweetish & dry tart quince finish. Very drinkable.

Sample thanks to Danlo: Poured a copper golden with a white bubbly head. Aroma is is apple, perfume. Taste is sticky sugary, spices, cinnamon, apples. So delicious!

Sample thanks to Danlo: Poured a golden with fast dissipating white bubbles. Aroma is pear, some bread dough. Taste is super dry pear, a little one dimensional.

Sample thanks to Danlo: Poured a golden with a white bubbles. Aroma is boozy, rum really sticking to the nose. Taste is apple, tannin, light rum tingle but not as prevalent as nose.
