750ml bottle as part of a delivery from Scrattings and drunk at home. Golden, clear and fizzy with lots of bits floating around in it. Light but distinct quince aroma, some white grape and a little bit of gooseberry. The tart taste of the quince is cut with a sweetness leading to a delicate finish. Medium to heavy carbonation in the finish. It's a subtle drink but a gorgeous one. A revelation.
