--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear pale yellow. Mildy tart apple aroma with a complex array of components. Mid tart with light body and clean, crisp mouthfeel. Rich and elegant, yet drinkable. Mild apple skin bitterness.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear pale yellow. Aroma of bubblegum, citrus and green apples. Tart with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Granny Smith with tangerine and hay. Distinct apple skin bitterness. Pleasant and interesting.

Harvest 2020, bottled 2021 . Pours clear, darkened gold / copper. Scent is full, candy-pear syrup. Mild 'peel'. Taste is very full, drying tanines (from the fruits) . Candy, pear, applesauce. Fleshy (fruity). lovely. mild alcohol warmth, even though it's only (!) 7.4 % - which is probably the lowest I've personally seen in an ice perry.
