(Bottle 65 cl) Pours an unclear pale golden with a tiny, white head. Fresh, citrusy nose. Good, full body with accents of yeast, citrus and coriander. Lightly sulphurous finish. Very, very true to the Belgian style and quite neat. 270106

A hazy orange beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet spicy with notes of citrus and coriander, and so is the flavor, though in the flavor light notes of hops mixes in.

Bottle: Poured a clear medium brown color ale with a huge bubbly slightly off-white head with average retention. Carbonation is quite low and body is a bit thin. Aroma of caramel malt is easily identifiable and quite enjoyable. Taste is also dominated by quite sweet caramel malt with a very subtle bitter ending. Again, the fresher the sample the better this is since it seems to be declining quite rapidly once it hit the shelves.

Ambr orange ale with a light off white head. Wet straw aroma with cranberries. In mouth, like a sweet lager, with light fruity notes. More like a Vienna in mouth. Overcarbonated, unbalanced and way off style. Tasted 28/01/05 at Institut Scotch Ale tasting.

Hazy golden ale with a thin white head. Sour apples in nose with wheaty malt. A bit wild. In mouth, sour apples and tart notes with the nice wheaty malt background, tarnished by traces of oxidation. Creamy mouthfeel and medoium bodied.

Bottle: Poured a clear yellow color lager with a nice bubbly head with average retention. Aroma of crisp hops is clearly identifiable and enjoyable. Taste is light and refreshing with a solid malt backbone for the style and fresh crisp hops at the end. Above average for the style and glad I got the chance to try this one fresh.
