330ml bottle [#1381/1800, as "Altbier Bock">. Cloudy, dark brown colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting and lacing, off-white head. Fresh, grassy hoppy aroma, toasty malty background. Taste is bitter, toasty malty, grassy hoppy, hints of chlorophyll, a subtle, nuttily malty touch gains more weight close to the finish, hoppy overtones with a touch of mandarine zest..

Bìgelväršlusflašä: Deep golden with an orangey sheen, big and stable creamy off-white head; moderate to solid citrussy to piney nose with a certain amount of sweet malt; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied with a slight tartness; grapefruity bitter-sweet finish with a sieht tartness - again - in the aftertaste. Welle Made and tasty...

Pours amber colored with a creamy head that lingers. Immediately a fruity and sour aroma greets the nose. Caramel, pear and melon are all present. The Weizen is also noticeable; the scent here reminded me somewhat of a Belgian Witbier. The fruity tones carry through to the taste, which begins tart with notes of citrus and sour apple. The sweet caramel malt is present, but forms more of a backdrop; the hops are firmly in control here. The sourness deepens with the finish, which is soon past, and ends with a dry, lightly bitter note. The body is light medium and the carbonation is soft. Not exactly traditional, but pretty good. A decent "summer bock" to add to my collection.

330ml bottle, thanks to fonefan and Brugmansia. A finger-thick pearl white head, lacing rings, hazy grey-golden body. Floral and grassy hops. Mild taste of grassy hops added by citric hints. Well rounded moderate bitter tail, mid-dry. Pleasant version f the style (hotel room, Copenhagen 15.05.2016).
