Bíglveršlusflaše:Pale golden, hazy, small and stable white head with a little lace, dryish herbal-hoppy nose, some turpentine aromas caused by necrotic yeast detectable, some yeasty fruitiness as well;bone-dry bitter flavour, still a very small residual sweetness detectable; light bodied and tart; lingering dry bitter finish. Not my favourite Pils, for Sander the #1 , but for me the #1000...

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond and firm mid-sized foamy head. Fruity and floral hoppy aroma with notes of citrus and a tinge of grapefruit, backed by a mildly pale malty touch. Moderately bitter and delicately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp carbonation. Dry pale malty base with hints of white bread and present fruity, citric and mildly flowery hops, lingering into the dry and hop bitter finish. Very fresh and more-ish Pils. 02.VIII.16

0.33 l bottle from ’Bierpost.com’, bottle #1334, best before November 2016. Slightly hazy, deep red with a large, frothy, stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, quite fruity and a little sourish aroma of caramel, red fruits and leaves. Sweetish-malty, quite fruity and minimally sourish taste of caramel, red fruits, brown sugar, leaves and hints of oak, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, quite dry and a bit vinous finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Quite nice, feels a bit unfinished though.

10/8/8/8/11/8
