16 ounce can into pint glass, canned on 11/29/2018. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy pale golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big lemon, lime, orange peel, peach, pear, melon, red apple, coriander, cardamom, peppercorn, clove, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and lightly toasted biscuit; with lighter notes of banana, bubblegum, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, spices, and pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, lime, orange peel, peach, pear, melon, red apple, coriander, cardamom, peppercorn, clove, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and lightly toasted biscuit; with lighter notes of banana, bubblegum, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate peppery yeast spiciness; herbal, floral, grassy bitterness; and slight wheat tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, lime, orange peel, peach, pear, melon, red apple, coriander, cardamom, peppercorn, clove, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, light banana/bubblegum, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, spices, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitter/spiciness and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, and fairly crisp/sticky mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is an excellent witbier. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, spices, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/spicy/drying finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. erfectly balanced Belgian wit yeast and spice complexity; with a good sized pale/wheat malt backbone for the ABV. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on classic tasting style example. Nothing really holiday related about it on the spices.

Thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of caramel, brown sugar, brown bread dough/crust, toasted biscuit, nuttiness, light toffee/roast, grapefruit, tangerine, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of dark/bready malts and citrus/earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of big caramel, brown sugar, brown bread dough/crust, toasted biscuit, nuttiness, light toffee/roast, grapefruit, tangerine, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of caramel, brown sugar, brown bread dough/crust, toasted biscuit, nuttiness, light toffee/roast, grapefruit, tangerine, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/bready malts and citrus/earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. No warming alcohol as expected of 5.2%. Overall this is a delicious American amber ale. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/bready malts and citrus/earthy hop flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish, not overly aggressive. Feels like all Chinook hops. Very clean and nicely rich dark/Munich malt complexity, with balancing dank citrusy/earthy hops. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on well made style example.

Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of dark/roast/bready malts, coffee, and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with great strength. Not overly aggressive. Awesome hop profile as expected. Very vibrant, dank, earthy, and fairly juicy hop complexity; nice solid pale malt backbone, with no residual sweetness from crisp/resin dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Damn nice aromas with good balance of fruit, pale malt, and light earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/lightly tart/tangy cherries, fruit skin/pits, lemon, lime, citrus zest, cracker, white bread, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Light fruit tang/tartness and mild herbal/grassy/zesty bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy cherries, fruit skin/pits, lemon, lime, citrus zest, cracker, white bread, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great robustness and balance of fruit, pale malt, and light earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness and tart/tangy fruit balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with no yeast notes present. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and tart/tangy fruit. Medium high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, fairly bready/grainy, and lightly acidic/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.7%. Overall this is an excellent fruited pale lager! All around great robustness and balance of fruit, pale malt, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/drying finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Very juicy/jammy cherries and vibrant limes; with balanced clean pils malts, and mild earthy hops. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive style example. Perfect summer beer!

Very nice robustness of pale malt/corn and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero astringent flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Overall this is a delicious Mexican adjunct lager style. All around nice robustness of pale malt/corn and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Very clean pale malt/grains and good sized earthy hop presence for the style. Nice barley presence, and not overdone on adjuncts. Apparently trying to grab the Corona market. Definitely won't win over the macro drinkers with the hop presence, but the craft fans will definitely enjoy. A very enjoyable offering, and outstanding style example. One of the best AALs I've had.

Tap at their tasting room. Very dark brown with beige head. Spicy yeast, coffee, cloves, some dry malts, earthy, old dried leaves. Almost medium sweet and earthy bitter. Medium bodied with a bit creamy feel.
