Bottle at Sergey's, 8.5% ABV, 'Sherry' not mentioned on the label
Dark, almost black, with small tan head. Aroma of cacao and vanilla. Good body, dark sugars, caramel, not much depth; a bit of cacao; dark fruits. Warming alcohol. Good, but not my preferred style/execution.

Poured from the tap. Clear medium dark brown with small beige head. Mild toasted roast malt, hint of soft fruit, not a ton of complexity.

This black ipa poured just that, black in colour with a creamy, light tan head. Scents include caramel, grassy hops, molasses and gravy? First swig was was thick and creamy. Flavours of grassy hops, burnt toast, coffee and molasses. Finish is hay like with the hops, slightly sweet malty ending with a little coffee lingering.

Pours a clean copper colour with a fizzy light beige-red colour that leave not much lacing. Roasted malt base with some coffee bitterness, caramel and fruity cherry notes. The mouthfeel is dry enough with some nice sourness that lingers. Flavours of cherry juices, with some chocolate and hints of coffee. Gets hazy in the end. Quite an interesting sour, fruity and darker malted brew.

A hazed yellow ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light dank notes, light tropical fruits, pleasant. Tap at Henderson beer Fest 2022.
