Pale straw body with a well laced fluffy white head. Nose is appealing, with some spice, Belgian yeast, and citrus hops. A very nice saison - complexities to it but clean and refreshing nonetheless. Fruity tastes from the hops and yeast include grapefruit (zest), orange and banana. Coriander and maybe lavender add to the taste. Some sweetness but not cloying. Very refreshing.

A solid nutty brown. Malt, roasted nuts, biscuit malt and nice balancing hops. Surprised the oatmeal doesn’t stretch out the taste more.
