A hazed amber ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, unpleasant vomity malt with weird cranberries. In mouth, corky astringent sweet malt with light berry notes, not good. Cask at Toronto Cask Days 2012, Oct. 27 2012.

This stout poured a deep black colour with a creamy, tan coloured head with nice lacing. Scents include ground coffee and very distant cream and thats about it. First taste was smooth and creamy with flavours of coffee and a hint of cocoa and caramel. Finish is roasty with the coffee flavours lingering...

Can at Chriso Tasting, London. Thanks, Chris! Pours oily black with a brown foam cap. Dark malt nose with notes of tar and rich bread. Burnt toast and dark sugars in the flavor, with some baking cocoa as well. Medium to full in body, lightly chewy. Sweet finish, lightly sticky with licorice, chocolate and modest roast. Good balance, nice nuance.
