341mL bottle from manuchampions, pours cloudy golden amber with a small head. Aroma of oak, bourbon, vanilla, and a little coffee. Flavour is quite oaky, with vanilla, a bourbon aged quality and caramel malts. Quite good.

Originally rated June 2004. Wellington County Ale was considered a pale ale, but now that Wellington has revised their labels, it is called a dark ale. Its colour is of deep golden-amber, with fine carbonation creating a medium head with nice lacing. Scent of toffee and fruits is detected, but also, some harder to find aromas. Taste of caramel with hints of herbs makes this smooth beer, very refreshing. This is a great session beer.

This Imperial Stout poured a black colour with a thick tan head, that dissapated faster then most stout. Had scent of coffee and molasses. Picked-up some sweetness. Tasted pretty sour / bitter, and not very sweet (suprisingly). The mouthfeel was oily and smooth, and the high alcohol was very well hidden. Pretty interesting.

Bottle courtesy of a traveling colleague. The beer pours a clear pale yellow-orange color with a thin off-white head that recedes quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Sweet malt and honey in the nose with a touch of hops. Light body with flavors of grainy malt, honey and fruit. Mild hops are present as well. The finish is sweet with herbal notes and a malty aftertaste. Not offensive in any way, but ultimately not distinguishable from the many other beers just like it.

473 ml can from matt7215. Who has really good beer to trade. Thanks man! Pours very black with a good dark tan head. Aroma of chocolate. And dark toasted malt. Medium body with creamy carbonation. Flavor is burnt malt, chocolate, anise?, coffee? Almost chewy at points. Coffee does come forth in the finish. Nicely bitter. Good stuff.

Courtesy of kiefdog. Pours dark brown with gold edges and thin tan head. The aroma is roasty with chocolate and some molasses. The taste mirrors the notes noticed in the nose with tasty chocolate mixing with molasses. The beer ends with a bit of roastiness that dries out the flavor a tad.
