Living in a small town near the Ceahlau mountain means fresh air, great views, many things to do (especially in summer) but there is not much social life. So, this was our first question: build a brewery in the area through which we make the decision to stay here or move to a big city where you have many more opportunities, give up on this idea / dream and continue life? Draft at the Ironic Taphouse in Bucharest. Birthday cake aroma and lots of tonka. Vanilla. Sweeeet in a big way and somewhat cloying. Lingering cinnamon and vanilla syrup. An accumulation of additives. Drinkable.

Bottle shared at Zozo’s. Pours dark brown, almost black with a beige head. Nose is chocolate, vanilla, booze, tonka and molasses. Taste is sweet booze and caramel, some molasses, vanilla and spicy tonka. Closes with a sweet, warming finish, a medium body and soft carbonation.

Bottle shared at Zozo's. Pours black with a beige head. Nose is intense molasses, cocoa, coconut and booze, dark chocolate and dark malts. Taste is sweet booze, molasses and coconut, cocoa powder, dark malts, chocolate. Closes with a warming, sweet finish, has a medium to full body and soft carbonation. Lovely.

From tap at Borefts 2019. Aroma is citrussy hops with tropical notes, citrus peel, pineapple, and some lemon. Medium bitter, low sweetness. Crisp, citrussy and fairly bitter for a NEIPA.

From tap at Borefts 2019. Aroma is firm roast and coffee with mocha, chocolate, more roasty coffee. Moderate sweet flavour with a proper roasty bitterness. Body is medium. Nice blast of the daily grind.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is roasted malt with dark chocolate, caramel, hint of tobacco and liquorice. Flavour is medium sweet with an above moderate bitterness. Body is medium to full. Sweet, robust, lightly boozy heavy Baltic Porter. Good.
