Tap at Mikkeller Tokyo. Earthy, citra, twigs, citrus. Taste is pretty bitter, very earthy again. Not so sure about this.

(Can) Pours opaque (murky) amber brown with good dense white head. Great aroma - pine and tropical fruits. Medium body with great bright carbonation. Good taste - backbone of light biscuit malt overlaid with hops giving nice fruity start, some peppery notes and a crisp bitter finish. Solid IPA.

(Can) Pours clear golden with small white head. Nice aroma - pine with grapefruit notes. Very nice palate - medium bodied with plenty of soft carbonation. Good taste - hop bitterness is present throughout at a pleasant crisp level. There’s a nice tangy start. A good amount of malt and some sweetness develops in the mid palate. There’s a long gently bitter finish. Very good.

Has a deep red body, semi-foggy, and modest pink foam on top. The aroma is funky and fresh boysenberry, sweet yet also slightly bitter. Flavour is plenty of berry sweetness with bitter notes, nothing else coming through nor implied. Not too sour either. Could be brighter, adequate as it is but still a mile away from greatness.

330ml can into schooner glass. Clear golden amber beer with a tightly packed foamy white head. A few small bubbles ascend. Light nose of pine forest and tropical fruit. Flat mouthfeel, a little zing at the end. Slightly bitter with a woody, nutty finish. More bitterness lingers later on. Run of the mill APA, nothing wrong. Drinkable.

330ml can into schooner glass. Hazy amber beer with a large foamy head. Light shower of tiny bubbles. Fresh nose with touches of tropical fruit and a subdued woodiness. Very light in the mouth, slight zing. Very subtle fruitiness followed by a cleansing bitter finish. Very nice but restrained.
