Dark amber, tanned fluffy head. Spectacular perfumed hop aroma (flowers, pine). Good full body, mellow mouthfeel. Fruity (tropical) body complemented with a ample dose of aromatic hops. Fruity aftertaste.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pitch black and opaque - perhaps with a wee, reddish tint. Handsome, creamy, beige colured head. Nose full of roasted malt and chocolate. Very soft with notes of roasted malt and a slight bitterness from the malt. Rather dry finish. Overall very smooth and pleasant. 010905

Bottled at RBESG. Pale amber. Rich grapefruity hop aroma. Light bodied with soft rounded mouthfeel. Dominated by fresh lychee-like hops, very bitter finish. An excellently drinkable summer beer that beats most American made APA’s with it’s excellent malt character. Emerson’s rocks!

A hazy orange beer with a nice light brown head. The aroma is sweet and rather hoppy combined with some spices. The flavor is sweet spicy and rather hoppy giving it a slight citrus note and a dry end.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy amber with a thick, creamy head which never collapses completely. Extremely malty with lots of sweetish caramel notes balanced out by a rather dry, sharp bitterness. Extremely chewy and full-bodied beer. 010705

Bottled. Muddy yellow, little head for a hefeweizen. Aroma of lemon and malt. Sweet and softly malty with almost no esters or banana character. Low bitterness. Too streamlined and neutral.

(Bottle 50 cl) Dark, reddish brown. Presumably filtered with a bubbly, light-brown head. With a bit of good will one might just detect the touch of alcohol which the label claims. Otherwise this is an incredibly light-bodied Stout. Slightly burned, malty notes and a rather dry bitterness. But a bit disappointing - I had expected more from this. 230505
