Can. Black pour. Aroma of creamy bourbon vanilla, caramel fudge, chocolate, licorice, caramelised malt and a little red fruit. Taste has smooth bourbon vanilla, caramel fudge, licorice, chocolate, bourbon booze, red fruit and dates. Good stuff, bourbon works well here.

Can shared. Black with a ring tan head. Aroma of boozy barrel, oak, bourbon, vanilla, milk chocolate, toffee, coffee and caramel. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with alcohol warmth in the finish and soft carbonation.

17.04.2019 -- 0.33l can from qoqa. from memory. pours a hazy golden with a mountainous head. aroma of dusty sweetish malts, apricots. flavour of grains, dried apricots, spruce and mango. some oranges and black pepper in the aftertaste.

17.04.2019 -- 0.33l can from qoqa, bb 27.09.2019. pours a cloudy golden with a huge frothy head. aroma of flowers, caramel, citrus, some mango. flavour of biscuit, bitter oranges, grapefruit zest, caramel. not bad.

330ml can. Clear, orangey dark golden to amber colou rwith average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Piney and slightly citrusy, hoppy aroma, hints of raisin, pine, spruce, coniferes in general, a touch of glue, orange peal, minimally waxy overtones. Taste is bone-dry, piney, bitter hoppy, woody notes of pine, spruce, coniferes in general, caramel malty basis without residual sweetness, minimally mineral overtones. Very dry.

Black color, medium sized light brown colored head. Aroma is malts, dark malts, vanilla and lightly some red fruit note. Taste malts, dark malts, vanilla, some roast, some bourbon and oak notes. Oily texture, medium to full body, suitable average carbonation. 7-5-7-4-14.

Another hop anonymous can. Almost clear gold beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi and with reasonable fine carbonation. Slightly thin and slightly dry pale malts, some swestness and a little milky sweetness. Bitter tangy pithy dusty hops. Dry finish brings mild hop spice. A little clunky but not terrible by any stretch.

On tap at Jopen Proeflokaal. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of citrus and some tropical fruits, light pine, fruit juice. Flavour is medium sweet, fruity, tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, grapefruit, pine, bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Nice.
