We don’t intend on being a one-note brewery and are constantly pushing ourselves to do more. At any given time our tap list will feature a variety of styles, stouts, and IPAs being more common, but we make a lot of sours and porters as well. We don’t serve flights but do have 5oz. pours. Our staff is very knowledgeable and can help you find the perfect beer for your taste.

Keg at Craft Beer Junction, Enid Street, 18/12/24. Black with a khaki cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is big on maple syrup, molasses, toffee fudge, mellow roast. Taste comprises maple syrup pancakes, molasses, sticky caramel, light roasted tones, brown sugar melt. Medium bodied, oily feel, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Fun sipper and gets the fucken maple syrup message across big tim!

Keg at Craft Beer Junction, Enid Street, 18/12/24. Black with a thin tan head that escapes to the edge. Nose is chocolate, booze, herb, dark malts, nutty, dried fruit tang. Taste comprises chocolate, vanilla essence, molasses, toffee, marshmallow, light spice. Full bodied, oily viscous feel, semi drying close with a decent boost offered. Solid sipper but lacks a little class and finesse to sit in the top drawer.

Definitely caramel, the real kind rather than the milk chocolate type. Lots of bourbon. Sweet boozy and bitter end. Black oily pour without any head. Tap at Laser Wolf.

Lots of rye whiskey, which is probably a good thing as it softens all the adjuncts here. Of course, you know what you're in for here. Coconut and chocolate. Hazelnut more potent than coffee. Sweet boozy end. Tap at Laserwolf. Ut.

Can at home picked up from Craft Beer Junction. A crystal clear bright yellow gold coloured pour with a frothy white rocky wheat. Aroma is classic lager yeast notes, earthy grains, cereal, apple, dusty grain store. Flavour is composed of super crisp, earthy cereals, dusty, grain husks, hint of smoke, straw. Palate is super crisp, powdery carbonation, fine finish. Taster logger bier.
