We don’t intend on being a one-note brewery and are constantly pushing ourselves to do more. At any given time our tap list will feature a variety of styles, stouts, and IPAs being more common, but we make a lot of sours and porters as well. We don’t serve flights but do have 5oz. pours. Our staff is very knowledgeable and can help you find the perfect beer for your taste.

Dark brown. No head. I smell flavourings, but honestly it's kind of muddled. On the palate, similar. Some sweet malt, very simple, a bit of cookie batter, and yeah, this just sort of drifts into the ether, like okay.

750mL bottle at LC member party, 1/17/25.
Dark, clear. Small, tan head.
Sweet coconut fruit and lots of fudgey chocolate. Moderate barrel character, rather mellow. Not overly sweet nor boozey.
In the flavor, yes it's sweet, but not really all that much more so than any other pastry stout. Certainly not cloying or notably sweet. Fudge, caramel, vanilla, tons of coconut. Soft, velvety and lightly syrupy with no booze noted.

1st January 2025 Can. Practically clear gold beer, tidy bubbly white head. Light palate, a very mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth and slightly sweet bready pale malts, very bready. A decent lager tang in the mid. Cooling pine hops into decent juicy citrus, a little floral hop. Finishes crisp with a pleasant touch of lemony hop coming forward. Very nicely done, add a few extra kg of noble hops and this would be a top notch lager.
