We don’t intend on being a one-note brewery and are constantly pushing ourselves to do more. At any given time our tap list will feature a variety of styles, stouts, and IPAs being more common, but we make a lot of sours and porters as well. We don’t serve flights but do have 5oz. pours. Our staff is very knowledgeable and can help you find the perfect beer for your taste.

Draft. Pours reddish amber tan head. Nose/taste of pine, citrus, resin, toffee, caramel malt. Medium body.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a crystal clear deep gold body that supports an off white head of foam. The aroma offers up floral hops, some spicy hop dankness and a faint malt sweetened citrus to cantaloupe fruitiness. The taste starts with smooth malts quickly giving way to bitter citrus to bitter floral and dank spicy onion like hoppiness. The malt softened bright bitter hoppiness lingers well into the after taste. Tasty hoppy brew that is more bitter forward but drags along enough body and malty sweetness to create a pleasing balance.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a crystal clear deep gold body that has copper hues and supports a nice tight light tan head of foam. The aroma is nice and hoppy with tangerine and grapefruit as well as some floral hops and a light rye like spiciness. The taste is full with citrus and some pine hops where a bit of rye twang is running around the edge of the experience. Behind the hops is a firm pale ale maltiness that has a thin roasty edge. Nice, loads of flavor.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a nice deep dark body that supports a tight mocha colored head of foam. The aroma offers up inviting chocolate and then bits of vanilla, malt sweetness, dark roasted malts and a sense of coconut. The taste is smooth and getting straight into malt sweetened chocolate and then some vanilla and touch of toasted coconut. It ends with a lingering velvety dark chocolate sensation. Wow, the light toasted coconut note goes so well here. Lovely.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a dark body that supports a tan head of foam. The aroma offers up big smooth malt sweetened rich oily coffee goodness with earthy dark roastiness and chocolate just behind in the background. Wow, great breakfast brew and very inviting. The taste is rich and wonderful with malt sweetened chocolate enhanced oily coffee yum. It is slick and rich yet restrained. Love it. Give me more of this. Wow!

Draft - Green fresh pine with some with hints of honey. Clear gold with a small white head. Sweet herbal hops, medicinal notes and a sweet syrupy bitter finish. I am not a fan of this combination.
