Description
Let it be said, Vincent and Paul are explorers of taste and they are keen to share with you their sparkling discoveries. In our region where wine is king, beer has managed over the years to make its mark, thanks to the initiative of enthusiasts such as Vincent and Paul. These two explorers created their brewery in the heart of Bordeaux. In their "workshop" of some 350 m², all over the place, they create recipes and make their own foams.

Tap @ Balthazar, Bordeaux, towards the end of a day out in the city. Very dark with a small off-white head. Chocolate in both aroma and taste isn't sweet so it's evident but not stated. Still very worthwhile.
