Description
Let it be said, Vincent and Paul are explorers of taste and they are keen to share with you their sparkling discoveries. In our region where wine is king, beer has managed over the years to make its mark, thanks to the initiative of enthusiasts such as Vincent and Paul. These two explorers created their brewery in the heart of Bordeaux. In their "workshop" of some 350 m², all over the place, they create recipes and make their own foams.

Gusher. Hazy pale golden colour, lot's of loose fizzy foam, mostly diminishing but slowly, sticky lacing. Light nose, lemon, elderflower, herbal notes. Taste medium sweet, light bitter, plus an acid note, citrus, fruity, herbal notes. Dry sweetbitter aftertaste, chalky notes, orange pith, light body, watery to oily texture, lively carbonation, good thirst quencher but nothing special.
