Description
Let it be said, Vincent and Paul are explorers of taste and they are keen to share with you their sparkling discoveries. In our region where wine is king, beer has managed over the years to make its mark, thanks to the initiative of enthusiasts such as Vincent and Paul. These two explorers created their brewery in the heart of Bordeaux. In their "workshop" of some 350 m², all over the place, they create recipes and make their own foams.

Bottle from La Cave a Bulles, 15th June 18. Pours a chestnut brown. Aroma is sweet, vanilla, caramel. Taste is sweet, some caramel, almost a nutty taste, vanilla for sure, cocoa, light coffee. It's quite tasty, a little sweet, but does what it says on the label.

Bottled, from Hopt. Near black, huge lively head. Rich aroma of tobacco and lemon yoghurt. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Dill and lemon yoghurt, some chocolate. Light resinous bitter finish. Excessive carbonation distracts.

Light haze on this amber beer, small cream colour head. Smooth palate, fairly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. The mildly tangy malts bring touches of caramel and mildly bitter toffee. Mellow floral bitterness. Touch of ripe citrus. Light tangy finish. Hides the abv well but is more of an Imperial bitter!
