Bottle shared by TJ. Fine plum look in h brew. Nose is rich raspberry. Tatses vanilla, hint of cinnamon, juicy raspberry and other berry flavors. Misty red wine barrel. Pretty good.

Dark brown color. Intense bananas, cinnamon, caramel, with underlying swwetness with a bit of rum. Super intense bananas caramel sweetness. Superbly balanced. Super rich and good. Excellent

Bottle shared by Brian, thanks! Pours a deep purple with no head whatsoever. Aroma has deep dark tart fruit with a bit of sweet honey coming through. Flavor has rich tart and sweet dark berries with a bit of honey cutting through.

500 ml bottle thank you TJ. Aroma is bold raspberry with very light vanilla. Flavor follows with luscious raspberry and soft vanilla, very mild hint of spice. Very tasty!

375mL bottle shared by Chalumeaux on 11/23/24. Clear raspberry-cherry. Rich, cinnamon-laced raspberry purée. Rich and thick. Sweet but with decent earth, mineral and peppery honey fermentation. Not boozey. Sweet, rich, thick, lightly syrupy. Tons of rich red raspberry with a touch cinnamon and rich, augmenting vanilla. Intense and yet not too sweet or boozey. That lingering vanilla-raspberry character is so well-done.

Honey, apple juice, and herbal hay aroma. Pale yellow. Very sweet honey, apple juice, and mildly bitter herbal hay flavor. Nice body.
