Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Yellow colour. Moderate nmalty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter very sour flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ HenrikSoegaard tasting. Small head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich funk, malt, citrus, barnyard, hops, fruits and has a nice sour funky finish.

Tap at Kultainen Apina, Tampere. Color is deep slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, apricot, dryness, some grass, farmhouse elements, funky elements, sourness... ok.

Bottle shared at the February SP tasting, 2/13/22. Slightly hazy amber medium creamy tan head. Good retention. Aroma of grapefruit, stone fruit, candied fruit, funk. Taste is funk, grass, stone fruit, lemon. Lingering tart. Nice.

A very elegant, well structured beer. Peach and tart citrus smile funk on the nose, but not as strong as I’d expected/prefer. Pours a very clean pale straw with some orange highlights

Bottle thanks to Virby44. Had to wait to split this one with the boys since Silke is not a fan of the style. Murky red with a thin, frothy head. Robust aroma full of raspberries, balsamico and oak. Funky. A hint of pear. Taste is intense sour with a lingering, moderate bitter finish full of oak. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. Really intense. Excellent in moderate doses.
