Med-thin bod, well attenuated. Med-light carbo, fitting. Med bitter, med-light sweet. Rich bready toasted maltiness, subtle grassy earthy hops. Light alco warmth, soft and pleasant. All around very clean, easy drinking. A truly great bock!

Aroma of light malt and sweet cherry. Flavour is light cherry sweetness, no sourness at all unfortunately, with a rather unexpected bitter finish. I had hoped for a sour Kriek, but was gravely disappointed.

Yeah, I figured this would be a controversial one. Aroma of malt, nettles, vegetables, pine trees. Flavour is similar with more nettle, trees and a decent bitterness in the aftertaste. Interesting experiment, like drinking a Christmas tree!
