473mL can, pours a hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma has subtle oak, gentle wild yeast, bready malt, and some earthy bitterness. Flavour is much the same, with earthy hops, dry bready malt, and a touch of metallic oakiness. Earthy, dry, and bready. Solid pre-IPA IPA.

473mL can, pours a clear amber orange with a small off-white head. Nose has plenty of brett, some faded, sweaty, earthy hops, and bready malt. Flavour is bretty, oaky and dry, with plenty of bready malt, light esters, and some earthiness. Quite similar to the 1754. It’s solid.

473mL can, pours a hazy dark orange with a small white head. Nose brings out plenty of brett upfront, with a subtle estery note, some faint earthy hops, and big bready malts. Flavour has tons of oak, plenty of brett, almost no hoppiness other than some earthy bitterness, and a big, dry bready malt base. Older school than old school – better thought of as an oaked brett beer by modern standards. Whatever it is, it’s pretty solid.

Pale, slight haze, thick head. The malts are a bit sticky, some herbal notes, and a fair bit of bitterness in there as well. This one's okay, but probably should be drier to really allow the core elements to show through better...it's just too sticky now.

Amber, hazy, bubbly head. Smells pretty malty, sticky. Yeah, on the palate this is strong, sticky, has a fairly robust hop character, orangey, melon. Not far off what the modern IPA is, other than the overly sticky sugars.

Hazy pale amber with a thick head. The aroma has brettanomyces, light biscuity malts, and a touch of oak. On the palate, the malt is rich, has some toffee accents, almost like pale crystal malt...long boil? There's still some brett, though it's not as robust as on the nose. The oak is pretty robust, though, bringing tannins and a lot of flavour to the glass. Pretty full body, too.

The beer is sort of ugly, like brownish yellow. Thin head. It's got an almost tobaccoey hop spice, but it's a bit clunky.
