Taster at the Feast of Saint Arnold. Pours dark orange, with a big, pillowy, khaki head. The aroma is rosemary, brown bread, lemongrass, maple, and rye. Dry and malty, with a good, mellow bitterness. Quality and interesting.

Taster at the Feast of Saint Arnold. Pours a hazy, pale color, with a big, frothy, white head. The nose is banana bread, apple, pepper, almond, and some syrah. Drier, malty, and a bit tannic. Medium to heavy body, grainy, and hard. Nice.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dull, orange color, with a medium, beige head. The nose is butterscotch, pine bark, rose water, raw coconut, and light mint. Sweet and yeasty, with a touch of bitterness. Chewy. Fun and interesting.

Taster at the brewery. Pours very dark brown, with a medium, dense, khaki head. The aroma is weak coffee, dark cocoa, raw coconut, and almond. Sweet and malty, with a mild bitterness. Light body, with a slick, thin palate. This is a tasty treatment of a mediocre porter.
