On nitro at the brewery. Pours an unclear, dark orange color, with a big, creamy, beige head. Very mild, earthy aroma, with some light leather, and a bit of honey and lavender. Lightly sweet, with a smooth, mild bitterness. Light body, with a velvety and watery mouthfeel. This is a mellow and easy beer, made even smoother and milder with nitro. Pretty nice.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy, orange and brown color, with a big, frothy, tan head. Smells of resin, juniper, butterscotch, strong oak, and vanilla. Very bitter, with a good, boozy sweetness. Medium to heavy body, with a sticky, sharp, and lightly acidic mouthfeel. This is a very hop forward beer, but with lots of barrel character going on. Lovely!

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy, dull orange color, with a big, frothy, beige head. The aroma is orange peel, caramel, toast, basil, and some mineral notes. Sharp bitterness, and not that malty. Medium body, with a hard, sticky, and thick mouthfeel. This is overhopped for a märzen, but it's pretty tasty.

Pint at the brewery. Pours black, with a big, dense, beige head. The nose is light, smooth coffee, milk chocolate, pine sap, and vanilla. Sweet and malty, with an easy, roasty bitterness. Medium to heavy body, smooth, thick, and chewy. This is a fairly complex, mellow stout. Nice, but not crazy.

On tap at the brewery in a flight. Dark, ruby, brown color, with a small, beige head. The aroma is up front maraschino cherries, syrup, and some light caramel. Much too sweet, and no hop bitterness that I could find. Medium to heavy body, syrupy, oily, and sticky. Strange, and nothing like I expected from a Quad, but still pretty tasty.

On tap in a flight at the brewery. Light, cloudy, brown color, with a big, frothy, beige head. The nose is hickory, caramel, toffee, pear, and chalk. Sweet and malty, with a light, herbal spice that balances pretty well. Light and grainy, and pretty clean. Interesting and tasty. Very light smoke, with lots of good earthy character.
