On tap at Higgins Ale Works brand spanking new bar. Copper light hazy, nice head. Good body, lots of bitterness, flavors of apricot, citrus, and a bit of pine. Nice first beer at the bar!

330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark brwon colour with ruby shimmer and small to average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, off-white to beige head. Roasty dark malty and grass, piney, hoppy aroma, notes of coffee, fresh hay, scallions, dark chocolate. Taste is bitter, piney and grassy, slightly resinous and citrusy fruit hoppy, roasty dark malty, notes of coffee, dark chocolate, scallions, some grapefruit peel, orange, orange flavoured chocolate; a touch of liquorice and salmiac in the finish. Slightly oily, watery texture, smooth and dry, minimally greasy and cloying palate, medium, foamy, mildly prickly carbonation. Well balanced, harmonious - wonderful!

Tap. Hazy muted golden color with white head. Aroma is juicy fruits, not too punchy. Taste is exotic fruits, grainy, bready, some bitterness in the back. High carbonation, a bit chalky. Not bad.

Bottle, kindly sourced by Ursula, thanks! Grassy tropical herbal pear nose. Hazy golden, offwhite head. Medium light chewy body, pear, light grain finish. Fruits, light herbal, pears, apples. Lovely hop aromatics.

Bottle courtesy of Ursula, thanks Ursula. Had this Saturday 9th April 2022 listening to Beluga Lagoon and cooking Käsespätzle in the company of Nick and Anna. Pours amber with a white head, hazy but not too hazy, soft moutheel, a little citrus, nose is a little subtle. A little tongue tingle, fuzzy bitterness. Simply done but very nice.

Bottle. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is indeed sweet fruits and pears, a bit phenolic, a touch farty. Taste is sweet, indeed some pears, not really bitter in the back. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not too bad, but not too interesting either.

Can from the brewery. Hazy orange brown, big lasting head of very fine foam. Soft nose with some fruity-cotton-candy hints. Flavor has lemon peel and melon hints, definitely creamy, bit of grapefruit at the end. Refreshing.
