2019 bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is nice sweet apples, caramelized, some hint of gummybears. Taste is sweet red apples, juicy, high acidity too. Similar to an Ice Cider in its high sweetness and high acidity. Some tannins too. Foamy carbonation. Too sweet and sour somehow for me in this package.

2019 bottle. Unclear pale golden color with with white head. Aroma is sweet pears, caramelized apples, aroma leaves once the co2 settles, but the co2 comes back as soon as you take a sip. Taste is pear & apples, caramelized, super fruity, but chalky-mineraly finish in the end. Mineraly, foamy carbonation. Excellent stuff, as expected from O+R!

2018 bottle. Hazy golden color with nice white head. Aroma is beautiful quince, just like it should be. Taste is extreme quince, bitter, adstringent and tart, a touch dill. Very characterful, but quite a bit boring.

Bottle. Hazy pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is cheap candy from my childhood, pear and vanilla, urine cake. Taste is vanilla, pear, acidic, solvents, acetone burn in the back. Mineraly mouthfeel with foamy carbonation. Disappointing.

2018 bottle, many thanks anstei! Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is apples, somehow surprisingly sweet, pear-like even, almost caramel. Taste is lots of different apples, again almost pear-like, juicy and kinda dry at the same time. Lipsmacking finish that makes you want more. Mineraly mouthfeel with foamy carbonation. Lovely stuff!

Bottle courtesy of Stefan, cheers Stefan! Consumed at home, Attenkirchen, with the Ratebeer Tasting Crew. Saturday 21st September 2019. Quite a lively, almost, Prosecco like bubbliness and effervescence to this, like it, however it's also lacking a little robustness for me. Nose is, apple pie, a little cinnamon spice. Good.

Bottle, light golden, little to no head. Apple, light caramel nose. Balanced flavor: not dry like an apple-wine. Nice complex flavor that you won't get from a single-apple-variety cider. I'm curious if/how the fermentation was stopped (or if sugar was added later) to avoid it being 100% dry. Very nice cider!

Bottle at Daves, Unterhanching, München. This bottle courtesy of Stefan, cheers Stefan. Shared with the Ratebeer München Tasting group, Wednesday 7th August 2019. As Loz mentions the quince really zaps the nose, the pour is a cloudy yellow. A little nail varnish, soft , the pears really take over, pear drops, apple is secondary. Fine
