0,75l bottle at home. Light Yellow light hazy color, small white head. Smells flour, grainy, bit flowery. Ok smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes citric, earthy, flowery, bit herbal, light oak. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of herbs, flowers and citric notes. Nice one, rather on the subtle side, a bit too subtle

Dark yellow body, with a small, off-white head.
Aroma of grains, flowers, white wine, slight funk. Tastes similar.
Medium mouthfeel, with a low carbonation. Finishes smooth, citric, vinous, grainy, a bit sweet.
Very nice, I really like the combination of rustic, grains and vinous notes, works really well here. Really smooth to drink

750mL bottle pour at Torst, 4/28/23. Clear blonde, small white head quickly to ring. Apple skin, touch of ginger, some nuttiness coming from somewhere. Light cracker and white bread malts. That's stunning and clean though with plenty of funky complexity. Amphora-like notes, I guess. Some clean, brisk acidity. Apple and ginger. Very dry, very light-bodied but bright and effervescent with nonetheless enough malt to balance the tastefully done ginger. Honey, pepper, malt lingering. Great acidity. Great balance.

hazy orange to brown colour with reddish notes, huge, though not too stable beige-ish head; aroma of honeycomb toffee, dried apricot, some berries, slight vinous and rye bready notes; taste is similar to the aroma with definite red wine and some acetic notes; not that bad
Mint, herbal, sparkly and lovely. Lots of good stuff in there and nice mix.

Bottle. Hazy amber color with white head. Aroma is cassis, leafy and vegetal, enzian-style - given this is made with enzian roots and blackcurrant leaves this is not surprising. Taste is green unripe cassis, leafy, stems, bitter and tannic. Intriguing
