Bottle from Pede. Hazy yellow colour, lots of creamy white foam. Fruity nose (pear, some mango), a bit citrussy, orange peel with some spices (coriander). Refreshing, a bit sweet and nice medium bitter finish. Top class Tripel.

Bottle online from Beerhouseshop.be. Pours a deep caramel brown colour with a large thick creamy beige head. Aromas of caramel, toffee, fruit cake, candy and a little brown sugar. Taste has more of the notes from the aroma with a spicy tangy mouthfeel and a dry fruity and caramel finish. Some sweetness but not too much. Very complex. Extremely well balanced. Medium to full body with a lively mouthfeel. Perfect carbonation. Great beer!

Shared bottle at home. Pours hazy amber with off-white head. Aroma of oranges, peaches, pepper, some bready and malty notes. Tastes quite sweet with balancing bitterness. Medium bodied, well carbonated, alcoholic warmth.

Bottle. Blonde. Floral aroma with hints of peach and citrus. Malty yet dry, citric flavor. Maybe a bit on the thin side, but very well balanced and enjoyable.

Gistig, suiker, iets van citrus en sinaasappel, vrij kruidig geheel, witte peper, wat bittere afdronk, ach wel ok verder. Iets van jeneverbes ?

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey, bright golden colour with average to huge, frothy, stable, minimally lacing, white head. Zesty, citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of orange, tangerine, bitter orange, a spicy touch of coriander, sweet-ish, wheaty and pale malty background. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally sugary, pale and wheaty malty, moderately spicy and zesty, citrusy fruity hoppy, notes of bitter orange, tangerine, hints of coriander, mandarine, orange, subtle yeasty fruity hints of yellow stone fruit; lingering, bitter and zesty finish, very well hidden alcohol. Creamy texture, smooth, soft, silky palate, fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation. Surprisingly modern: hop accentuated, citrusy fruity, stupefying refreshing quality and drinkability for a Tripel.

Bottled 22.06.2016, Sampled on october 15th , 2020. Always kept in my personal cellar (non wine cooler area) Pours a lighter, more clear, yet still very dark brown. Sediment has formed flakes. Foam is less stable, but still present for a while. Scent is a blast of fine port, dried dark fruits. heavy and complex. Taste is full, port, dried dark fruits, chocolate, a rediculously gentle yeast aroma, sweetness. Taste can create a heavy memory-throwback, and believe you me, beer can also create a feeling. How does a Rochefort 10 of 4 year old, served cellar temperature, perfectly aged féél ? Imagine a hug from your crush, for the first time ever. The perfect beer sure doesn't exist , but its laughable how freakin' close rochefort 10 comes. Bacth after batch, year after year. Available in all good bars, supermarkets, even nightshops (in BE ) for less money than your avarage, often dissapointing craftbeer.
