500 ml tap. Unclear golden with a creamy head. Very stone fruity, grainy, grassy, some mango, floral hops. Fruity sweetness, dry mild bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonated, dry fruity floral finish. Quite a nice Pale Ale that drinks almost like a lager.

500ml Tap at bufet. Unclear golden with a fluffy head. Basement notes, stone fruit, lemon zest, grapefruit zest, iron, some vanilla, resin. Intense hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, hoppy zesty very bitter finish. What a great hoppy crisp bitter Czech Pilsner!

500 ml tap. Unclear gold yellow with an insanely creamy head. Butter, vanilla, bread, sourdough, hay, freshly mowed grass, citrus. Medium bodied, creamy chalky texture, soft carbonated, dry grainy grassy hoppy citrusy buttery finish. Super tasty!

Tap at Dva Kohouti. Hazy golden body, thick off-white head. Somewhat sweetish aroma, citric and floral hoppy touches, bit herbal, lightly minerally. Herbal and citric hoppy taste, sweetish, lightly sulfury-minerally. Quite nice this year as well!

Tap at Dva Kohouti for the Matuška 15th anniversary party. Murky orange body, lasting thick off-white head. Herbal hoppy aroma, light maltiness. Lean, dry, bitter herbal taste, bit yeasty, smooth, somewhat grainy maltiness, ending in a rough herbal bitter finish. Overly hopped, at least on the bitter side, just a bit rough. Some old school brewpub notes.

Tap at the brewpub. Hazy full yellow body, lasting white head. Simple dry herbal hoppy aroma. Grainy maltiness in the taste, white bread crust, light yeastiness, not much hoppiness. Fresh, crisp, but felt unfinished somehow as the hop profile didn't go far.
