Description
Careful, now it's getting romantic! For us at ueberquellbeer is not an exchangeable mass product, but something very serious and real and genuine and truly special. Because it's something brewed by people, not machines. Because in contrast to all the ultra-modern equipment, people have a little more passion to brew passionately. And the prettier hands too. Now, if you're wondering if all this has happened was what our breweries are all about, we can announce full of hops and malt: We brew our bottles at our friends of Schnitzlbaumer in Traunstein. Of course according to our recipes, on the identical plant and under the keen eye of our master brewer. The on-site brewery has 7 tanks, where we produce our core range.

0,33 l bottle. A darkest brown in the glass with a nearly three (!) finger pale beige head. Intensive fruity on the nose, citrus, resin, pine, licorice. Taste starts with strong hop bitterness, malty background, some citrus, pine and resin. Earthy. Becomes a little bit thinner to the end but still a great one.

Kalea-Bieradventkalender 13.12.2021 (Hofer-Version). Mein Reisebier im Nachtzug Wien-Svaljava. Es ist ein gut gelungenes deutsches Lager, das angenehme harzige Noten hat und mit einem spritzigen Abgang erfreut. Kann man durchaus empfehlen

[Senatsbockanstich 2021] Nose is roastes malts, acidic, dsrk chocolate, faint vanilla aromas. Taste starts malty sweet, followed by nice cocoa and peppery chilis. Very well balanced spicyness. Smooth. Rather bitter-spicy finish.

0,33 l bottle. A darkest murky red brown in the glass, small short living beige head. Intensive christmas cookies aroma on the nose. Taste the same but way more thin. Low hop bitterness in the second row. Increasing sweet fruity bisquits and tonka. Hidden alcoholic. I like this kind of stuff.
