ÜberQuell Schubidu Imperial Stout, Fläschchen aus dem Kalea Craft Beer Advent Calender 2021. - Tiefschwarz, dunkelbeigefarbener Schaum. - In der Nase schweres Stout-typisches Röstmalz mit feiner Hafersüße aber aromatisch gedämpft, nur leise Anklänge an Asche. - Antrunk fett röstmalzig mit schwerer Mokkabittere, dunkler Brotkruste, Asche und langer krautiger Hopfenbittere mit feinen zitronigen Spitzen. Schöne Süße. Gut rezent, gar nicht so breit aber weich. Im Abgang satt dunkelmalzbitter und solide krautig-hopfenherb - der Etikettspruch Hopfen hat mal Pause stimmt mal gar nicht. - Sehr schönes, wuchtig malziges aber rundes Imperial Stout mit schöner Hopfen-Abrundung. 330ml bottle from Beerwulf. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, gluey yeast. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a malt, yeasty, herbal, light floral, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

(bottle 0,33l from Beershop.cz online shop) Overall: Good IPA. Aroma: Hops, citrusy, light malty, light spicy, light resin. Appearance: Hazy golden. Long lasting white head. Taste: Light sweet, malty, hops, light grassy, citrusy, light spicy, light bitter. Palate: Medium body. Bitter finish.

2nd left. Clear,amber comor and a nice white head. Nice fruity nose of red berries and Orange. Taste starts with herbal bitterness, decent fruity.

Orange, schön trübe Farbe. Schaumentwicklung eher mau. Sehr fruchtiger, aromatisch hopfiger Geruch. Und das bekommt man auch beim Trinken. Aprikose, Pomelo, Zitrone Grapefruit, Mandarine und ein Hauch von Melone und Rosenwasser. Ab dem Mittelteil weicht die Hopfenaromatik dann doch der Hopfenbitterkeit. Schön weich, trotz der starken Bitterkeit nicht zu trocken. Ein anständiges, allerdings nicht überragendes IPA.

0,33 l bottle from their webshop. 2021 version. Cloudy pale golden in the glass, small white one finger head. Fresh bitter hop with pale grain on the nose. Taste starts with a pleasant hop bitterness, grassy, little bit citrus, pale grain, some straw. Nice stuff.

Dry herbal beginning. Nice malty dry body, not too much bitterness. Fruity finish, lots of spices there, very dry. Clove, nutmeg. Fruity mild chocolate beginning. Hot chilis in the aftertaste, harmonising well with the dry chocolate body. Hints of caramel in the back, milk chocolate, round fruity with a slightly chocolate sweetish finish.
