Bottle: A bit unclear, bigger, quite stable lacing head, deep golden coloured; oaky-hoppy nose, backed by some sweet malt; solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; solid sweet-bitter finish with some caramelly traces. Good, well balanced Bock...........

(bottle, purchased at the brewery) Unclear, golden colour with a fluffy, slowly lacing off-white foam. Sweet, subtle fruity malt aroma with a tinge of honey and alcohol, rounded up with light woody hops. Sweet flavour with a light level of bitterness, medium body with a soft carbonation. Slightly toasty and bready, cara-malty taste with herbal hoppy accents from the beginning; moderately sweet, slightly bitter woody hoppy finish. Pleasant and rounded pale Bock (27.02.08).

(bottle) Hazy, light-orange colour with a big and dense foamy white head. Sourish-sweet wheat-malty nose with a distinctive touch of barley-malt and fruity notes of citrus. Sweet, slight sour flavour with traces of bitterness, light bodied with a soft carbonation. Wheaty- and barley-malty, soft grainy taste, slightly yeasty and fruity; sweet and slightly bitter and tart finish. Unconvincing Hefeweizen (26.02.08).

(bottle) Slightly hazy, pale golden colour with particles swimming around and a big foamy white head. Light-sweet, slightly grainy, cara-malty nose with lightly spicy, herbal hops. Bitter flavour with a soft malty sweetness, grainy and herbal hoppy taste, light to medium bodied, moderate carbonation; dry, slightly cara-malty and hop bitter finish. Well-crafted (25.02.08).

bottle, thank you MoritzF! Dark golden colour, medium-size head. Malty nose. Fruity and malty flavour withhints of apple and caramel. Dry and pleasantly hoppy finish, long aftertaste.

(bottle) Clear, chestnut colour with a moderate, eggshell-coloured foamy head, slowly lacing. Moderately sweet and toasty malt aroma, slightly bready with a spicy note of barnyard and shy herbal hops in the background. Light-sweet flavour, toast-malty taste with soft notes of caramel and even shy fruity impressions; almost dry finish with balancing bitter and herbal hops.

(bottle) Clear, deep golden colour with a fluffy, slowly lacing, minimal off-white foamy head. Moderately sweet malty, bready and doughy nose with faint hoppy notes. Malty, bready and slightly grainy taste with light hints of caramel; smooth carbonation and mouthfeel; finishes sweet and slightly bitter with a touch of sour dough and cara-malt. A decent, rural Export with Landbier-character.
