Straw golden coloured; medium sized white head; lasting; bitter-malty start; smooth; taste dominated by malts; light bitter-sweet aftertaste; quite light bodied; quaffable but not very aromatic....

Tapped at Ott’s brewery: Dark amber coloured; thin off-white head; small malty nose, thin traces of hops; starts sweetish; mild sweet malty flavour; thin, only short bitter-sweet aftertaste; drinkable, but nothing interesting at all......

On draught at the brewery: Golden coloured, small head; shy malty and hoppy nose; light bitter flavour, not so aromatic, very smooth; bitter-sweet aftertaste; quite bland, nothing special.....

Auch der Geschmack ist es nicht, süßlich im Mittelteil und Nachgeschmack, und insgesamt sehr sehr mild (was mir wiederum sehr gefällt). Allerdings ist es so auch wie schon vom DB beschrieben charackterschwach. Naja - geht so. Test vom 15.4.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,7,8,6,7,7 - 7,30

Spicy (vanilla, cloves) and somewhat phenolic aroma. Cloudy yellow, fluffy white head. Clove flavors. Light body. Quite ordinary wheat.
