Tap @Ma Che Siete in Rome-Italy. Golden clear color with an extra tick and irregular white foam. Nose is undefined and very charming, a mix of cereals and grass, a bit spicy and citric. The mouthfeel, tough a bit thin, mirrors the nose with a mild honey hint and valences grassy-like bitterness. The aftertaste is a bit breadish.

Bottle. Beer Stop, Dronfield. Light haze on a medium gold. Thick and uneven, lasting white foam. Nose has brioche bread. Salty armpit. Nettle leaf. Taste is salty and bready sweet. Some green bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel with foamy carbonation. Gets more green leaf bitterness on the finish.
