330ml bottle from Brasserie du Pays Basque. Pours a misty pink, white head. Interesting.. works well together, defined red berry fruit from the rosée beer, with green apply notes detected on the finish. Like it.

18/11/2025. Bottle shared by minutemat, cheers! Decent pour. Toffee, apple, biscuit, caramel, touch herbal. Sweet triple taste with light apple. Sweet pastry. Quite liked this.

330ml bottle from Brasserie du Pays Basque. Slightly misty golden appearance, white head. Wasn't sure what to expect with this. Definitely seems to be a triple sweetness rising through more, aroma and taste, with distant sweet apple cider on the finish. In a blind tasting I'd say its more of a triple in tone but the cider element is so indistinct id struggle to work out why it was so different.

330ml bottle from Noz Hazebrouck. Pours a misty yellow, small white head. Recogniseable fragrant blanche on the nose with a light apple air. Flavour profile is distinctly blanche, light bodied with a gentle apple touch in the shadows. Not unlikeable, interesting.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a small, fizzy, dissipating white head. Fresh, clean apple aroma. Medium body, clean dry apple notes with a hint of tannins and Brett. Short, dry finish. Very clean and quaffable. 260224

Bottle. Pours a clear yellow gold with a bubbly white head that starts and remains at the edges. Aroma has dry earthy apple with a bit of of sweetness and bitterness underlying. Flavor starts with earthy apple, grows in tartness and has a dry finish.

Bottle shared by Cuso at a tasting. Light sweetness, but flavour balance leans very much towards medium tartness. Light acidity present too. There is pleasant med-light basementy applish character, but overall the apple is rather weak. Not bad, but not great either.

Bottle at BBT - ciders edition. Apple aroma and taste, wooden barrel notes, light sour and bitter. Medium body, fruity dry bitter and sour finish. Ok.

Bottle from Euro local Swap provided by Vduqerroux, many thanks man. Cloudy light orange golden color with minimal head. Aroma of apples, wood, tartness, vanilla. Taste is tart apples, funk, cheesy notes in background. Bit over carbonated.
