Bottle. Golden color with white head. Aroma is nutty, earthy and grassy hops. Taste is again nutty, with earthy-herbal hops. Oily mouthfeel. Nice enough!

Fläschla (333ml ): Deeeep ruby-amber coloured, medium-sized off-white head; mainly aromas of cacao (chocolate) and coffee in the nose, toasted malt only in the background; mainly sweet flavour with a delicate bitterness and an almost non-existent acidity, light to mrdium bodied, relatively soft; shorter coffeish and caramelly finish. Not great..

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, dark brown colour with a ruby touch and a beige and tall foamy head. Slightly dusty, earthy and slightly sweet dark malty aroma, barely roasted with hints of chocolate, caramel and molasses. Mildly sweet and discreetly bitter flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Dark malt-character, not particularly roasted with traces of caramel, chocolate; moderately dry and slim dark malty, slightly ashy finish. The subtitle “heavy Stout” sounds rather ridiculous. 27.VII.16

Liked it at first but as it warms it gets a bit pear estery which I'm not a huge fan of in an APA.
