Bottle with swingtop 0,5ltr: Slightly hazy golden colored brew with an mellow dry bitter taste with hints of citrus and caramel, also an almost well hidden sourness and barnyard aroma.

Optisch helles Kupfer, in der Nase malzig getreidig, sehr würzig. Im Trunk Karamell, erst süß, nach hinten recht bitter.

Bottle from Frank. Many thanks! Light hazy amber colour, white foam. Nose of bread, light sweet malts, light bitter finish. Rather lively carbonation.

0,5 l swing top bottle. A darkest red brown in the glass, with a more than one finger pale beige foamy head. Sweet malty on the nose, some fruity elements. Taste starts malty, less sweetness, little bit roasted. Increasing dry alcoholic bitterness with a long aftertaste. Nice.

Brown with a thin, frothy head. Mild campfire and ashtray aroma with caramel and prune underneath. Taste is mildly bitter with lingering smoke at the finish. The flaw here is the thin body and watery texture. Good, but needs more depth and more chewiness.

Brown with a frothy, off-white head. Aroma of caramel and raisins. A hint of Kuchen. Taste is mildly bitter the whole way through with a roasted grain and a hint of brown sugar at the end. Body to the full side of medium, dry, good chewiness. A good one.

Bottle @ Shop close to brewery. Pours hazy Dark Golden with a creamy White head. Rustic. Bread and grass and a whiff of fruit. Dry bitter finish.

500 ml bottle. Clear red amber, big fluffy head. Metallic notes, a bit caramel, nuts, hints of smoke. Light malty sweetness, light metallic bitterness. Light bodied, watery texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry malty finish. Overall a bit boring, not that smoky.

500ml Bottle - (Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm) - Dark brown in colour. Caramel and dried fruit in the aroma. Caramel, rye bread, raisins and cocoa in the taste.
