Amber with a frothy, white head. Herbal aroma with a hint of caramel. Taste is mildly grassy bitter. Bread and butter undertones. Slightly clay-like consistency, and rising caramel. Dankness. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Pleasant.

Bottle. Cloudy amber, lightly fizzy, offwhite cream. Allspice, clove, vanilla banana aromatics. Very classic with emphasis on the dry spices. Medium dry body, still creamy, some minerals. Spices, banana, berry finish, a hint smoke. Good balance. One of the most pleasant 'dry' franconian Weizen I have had.

Fresh bottle, danke Gregor! Hazy dep golden, eggshell lacing foamy head. Citric, Sencha and fresh grassy hop aromatics. Lightly smoky malt base, dry minerals, hay. Grassy light herbal bittering hops, some salt, hay. Pleasant moreish finish.

Swing top bottle. Deep golden color, chicken food with soft floral notes in the aroma. Bready flavor, floral with a hint of cardboard. At least medium bodied.
