On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Ambrata scarica, abbastanza limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note di pane, latte, miele, cereali, erba tagliata. In bocca è dolce all'attacco, maltata, con finale amaro a equilibrare. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Buona.

(swing top bottle) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a firm, mid-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Fruity and wheaty aroma with notes of banana, citrus, traces of caramel and clovy spice. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a rather calm carbonation. Mildly wheat character with notes of banana and traces of cloves; moderately sweet banana-fruity finish. 10.II.18

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly crisp orange gold with medium grain white foam. Aroma is fruity and grassy, a little malty. Also reminding candy. Body is average with good carbonation. Taste is like transformers: feeling like a pilsner/blonde ale, with good sweetness, when entering your mouth, becoming a rauch when swallowing. Nice! Finish is average.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Bruna acquosa, schiuma bianco sporca media, molto persistente. Al naso leggero sentore di tostato ed erbaceo, spezie. In bocca è molto ben bilanciata, anche morbida, attacco dolciastro con finale amaro presente. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Altra ottima birra!
