Bottle 500ml (Timo A’s Fliptop tasting). Slightly hazy yellow color, small steady white head, lace. Grassy, dry aroma. Light-bodied. Grassy, green flavor. Ok maltyness. Nice traditional pils/kellerbier.

Tap at Be.Re. Clear gold with a high, pillowy head. Crisp hoppy nose, very noble, herbs. Crisp and crackery, great hop flavor, lemon, herb. Peppery too. Prickly, herbal, peppery finish. Awesome.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Bruna, leggermente torbida, schiuma media bianco sporca. Al naso sentori di frutta secca, noci, caramello, zucchero di canna, leggero metallico. In bocca è dolce, maltata, con finale appena amaro. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Niente di che.

On tap at bierol brewing. Pours out a dark brown topped with a tan head. Nose is light roast malts and some sweetness. Taste is more of the light roast malts chocolate sweetness.

Slightly hazy blond beer, small creamy solid white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing. Aroma: dusty, bit of banana, yeast, some chemical, band-aid. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: quite buttery, diacetyl, bit malty, sweet touch, grassy bitterness. Aftertaste: bitter, butter, lots of diacetyl, sweet, some citrus, butter. Nope.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Dorata vivissima, limpida, schiuma media persistente. Al naso ha una affumicatura non eccessiva, sentori di pasta lievita, stalla, legna bruciata, erba tagliata, speck. In bocca è mirabilmente equilibrata, con note di pane e una affumicatura se possibile ancora più morbida. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Strepitosa.
