Can. A- Chocolate ice cream, subtle marshmallow, vanilla, mild booze. A- Black color, black liquid, minimal head. T- Chocolate ice cream, candied almonds, lactose, vanilla. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, sweet finish. O- Does taste like ice cream although I'd say more generic chocolate as opposed to Rocky Road. A good beer, but the 8% sweet stouts form WE just don't quite hit the awesomeness level of their big imperial stouts. Nonetheless, enjoyable.

Can. A- Booze, chocolate, brownie, rye, vanilla. A- Black color, black liquid, minimal head. T- Fudge, mild booze, vanilla. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly sweet finish. O- Another great beer. As good as it is, ironically, I feel like White Elm's anniversary stouts are some of their worst and by worst I mean still just shy of world class. I don't get the peppercorns at all. The rye barrel is there a bit. Definitely get some vanilla. A good beer and actually sweet than I thought it would be.

16 oz. can. Aroma is pineapple juice, mango purΓ©e, tart guava. Don’t get me wrong it tastes really great. The three fruits are blended together perfectly. This is absolutely a fruit smoothie. Not really beer. How do you rate fruit juice?

Draft. A- Toasted coconut, mild graham cracker, fudge. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Toasted coconut, graham cracker, vanilla, dark chocolate fudge. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- One day White Elm might make a mediocre stout but clearly that isn't today. This is yet another phenomenal stout! Loaded with toasted coconut and rich fudge. One could argue that the smores flavor is overtaken by the coconut but as it warms you find some graham cracker, and vanilla. If it could be tweaked just slightly to bring out the smores flavor a bit more and even maybe get a touch of smoke, this would be perfect. Perhaps I overrated this a bit but I also can't justify not give it such a great score. Really amazing. Maybe my new favorite WE beer.

Draft. A- Oak, whisky, fudge. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Whisky, oak, fudge, soy sauce. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, boozy finish. O- This was a huge beer but perhaps one of the bet I've had in a long time. I love pastry stouts but this simple barrel aged stout killed it. Lots of charred oak, light irish whisky, and rich fudge. Balanced and complex. I could drink this all night long.

Draft. A- Salted caramel. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Salted caramel, chocolate. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- The name says it all. This is liquid salted caramel. A heavy dose of sea salt but it works very very well. The caramel reminds me of a gooey decadent Russell Stovers Dark Chocolate Caramel. So good. Southern Tier's version of this was the best but this might be the new top salted caramel brew in the world. Simply outstanding.

Draft. A- Red velvet cake, chocolate. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Red velvet cake, mild cream cheese, chocolate. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- Wow, I knew this was going to be tasty, but it legit tastes like a red velvet cake and supposedly Kolby actually brewed this with a shit ton of cake! I even get a little cream cheese frosting flavor but no lactose that I am aware of. This was just absolutely tasty. Sweet yes, but not cloyingly so.

Draft. A- Chocolate, subtle. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Chocolate, mild cream, subtle vanilla. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- What a fun beer, definitely never had this combo of flavors. The chocolate and vanilla were the biggest show stealers. Marshmallow does seem to be present but gets lost in the vanilla. I honestly didn't get much coconut or macadamia. That said, it's still a heck of a drink, just wanted some more complexity, at least I wasn't getting it on the draft version.

Draft. A- Cocoa, dry cake batter. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Brownie mix. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly dry finish. O- This was good but didn't quite kill it for me for a White Elm stout. The brownie flavor was there but it was like sticking your finger to a box mix powder. Not a bad thing but not quite as complex as I wanted. Perhaps some lactose might make it a bit better. Pretty good stuff.

Draft. A- Light, grape must, subtle funk. A- Reddish color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Tart, raspberry, mild oak funk. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- This was really nice. A bit more tart than I expected and not a lot of saison spice. The raspberries tasted fresh and natural. This was enjoyable to drink. Sorta regret not grabbing a bottle to take home.
