Draft. A- Floral, nutty, slightly bland. A- Copper color, clear liquid, white head. T- Nutty, bready, malty, subtle caramel. P- Medium body, thin texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Okay. Lots of nuttiness and a touch dry. You don’t see this style brewed a lot, but this is definitely one of the better takes on the style. Hell, maybe even better than Anchor Steam and that beer put this style on the map.

Draft. A- Brett, funky, subtle barnyard. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Grilled bread, funky, oak, mild tartness. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, funky. O- The perfect amount of funk. A really nice balance, and although I don’t get a lot of unique flavors, it’s quite tasty. I’m really not sure what all to point out in this one. Nice though.

Draft. A- Citrus, bready. A- Amber color, hazy liquid, tan head. T- Subtle rye, bready, citrus, mild caramel. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, bready finish. O- I haven’t had enough in this style to really appreciate it. This certainly wasn’t bad, but I’m not sure it’s my thing. Didn’t get any Brett or funk as suggested. Pretty tame and unassuming.

Draft. A- Grains, subtle black pepper, mild fruits. A- Gold color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Grainy, black pepper, rubber. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Okay, maybe a bit boring from what I wanted but not bad. I imagine I would like the variants a lot better.

Draft. A- Gummy bears, juicy, citrus. A- Orange color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Juicy, peach, apricot, oranges, mild bitterness. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Really nice. The aroma is damn near liquid gummy bears. The flavors is about the same with loads of fruits and only a touch of bitterness. For a DIPA, this is hardly aggressive or that bitter and really well made.

Sampled at the source, cloudy orange in color with and lasting had in the mini snifter. Aroma is a moderate pine, light citrus, Caramel type of malt.
Flavor does show like belching east with a solid amount of piney hops. The yeast is matured and trys to get through the pine. The pine wins. The most bitter beer I sampled at the brewery today bit it still has a drinkable Quality. You must like pine.

Sampled at the source. Amber hue on a golden pour. Aroma is wheat, mild grain, fresh cut hay.
Backbone is fresh wheat and pale grains. Hop profile is bery low. I feel like the "Nebraska" all ingredients. Still a nice brew

Draft/Fest. A- Whisky, chocolate, brownies, vanilla. A- Black color, dark liquid, beige head. T- Whisky, cocoa, slightly roasty, oak. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, boozy finish. O- A really solid beer from a new brewery. This makes me excited to try their other stuff. A touch boozy and the aroma is much sweeter and decadent than the flavor but overall it’s really well done.
