Draft. A- Orange, dark chocolate. A- Black color, black liquid, minimal head. T- Orange candy gel, cream, dark chocolate, sweet. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- This was delightful. Lots of orange and chocolate and while sweet, it wasn't cloying and very naturally balanced. Tasted like the chocolate covered orange gel sticks my grandparents used to eat. Really nice.

Draft. A- Malty, caramel. A- Burnt garnet color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Malty, watery, sweet, caramel. P- Medium body, thin texture, slightly flat carbonation, malty finish. O- This was way sweet and a bit thin and watery. Almost like they had to thin down the treacle. Just way too sweet and lacking any definite flavor. Kind of a miss here for White Elm.

Draft. A- Roasty, char, cocoa. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, beige head. T- Roasty, char, nutty. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, roasty finish. O- Very roasty and even quite nutty. Hardly any dark fruits or flavors I expect in a Baltic. Solid porter but Baltic is a stretch.

Draft. A- Oak, mild cinnamon, rum. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Oak, spiced rum, vanilla, mild coffee, cinnamon, faint chilies. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, boozy finish. O- Champ is a great beer. When they added coffee to make Caferrado it was damn near perfect. This just took it too far. The rum barrel is very strong and too present. It overpowers almost the entire beer. Great beer still but not nuanced enough.

Can from Tavour: pours blackish with beige head. Aroma is vanilla, chocolate, cereal and weird seeningly nutty notes. Taste is sweet, weird cereal notes. This beer comes off as a gimmick. Weirdly thin. Seems like they didn't taste it.

Waxed and capped 500 from Tavour. Pours dark brn/blk with a creamy tan head. Aroma of floral, somewhat roasty (not toasty) malt, port and heat. Full bodied. Flavor is the aroma but port, floral and heat come first. Not dry, but not sticky (or not very). Bitter from malt and heat? Good flavor.

Tavour: pours orange with white head. Aroma is large fruitiness, citrus, pineapple. Taste is large and very sweet. Focus on overripe fruit. This certainly could be a little fresher but it still came off nicely.

Can. A- Dark chocolate, subtle roast, vanilla. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Fudge, vanilla, roasty, faint black pepper, touch of wine barrel. P- Full body, thicker texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- This is a huge beer but certainly doesn't feel like it. Dark chocolate fudge is the primary flavor, nice vanilla notes as well. Not sure I really get the peppercorn, although there is a slight mouth numbing sensation that I wonder if it comes from the schezuan peppers or if I'm crazy. A very good collab that not near enough people will ever get to enjoy.

Can. A- Nutty, cocoa, char. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, minimal head. T- Nutty, cocoa, burnt. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, roasty finish. O- Not much sweetness in my opinion. Very dry and roasty. Just not a lot of peanut butter beers that work as I think they should. Okay, but not super duper.
