16oz can from Tavour. Near black pour, patchy head and thin brown ring. Out of all the adjuncts, cinnamon is prominent in the aroma and taste. Makes it difficult for the other adjuncts (cacao, marshmallow) to shine. I was hoping for something more gooey and sweet.

Draft. A- Malty, caramel, grassy. A- Dark mahogany color, dark liquid, beige head. T- Malty, bready, caramel, cocoa, hay. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Not bad but not memorable. Decent enough for the style.

Draft. A- Vanilla, chocolate, rich. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Chocolate sauce, vanilla cream, cookie. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, decadent finish. O- I didn't love the regular C&D so I didn't know if this version would be any better. It absolutely was. This was straight up liquid oreo. I think they ought to throw this in a couple different barrels for fun. Very good. What I expect from a White Elm stout.

16oz can pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is sweet chocolate cream oreo cookies. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate vanilla cream cookies and roast.

16oz can at share. Inky black pour with a thin beige head. Sweet chocolaty aroma, lots of candy bar smells. Taste is rife with chocolate and caramel, vanilla, sweet and thick. Underneath, roasted malts provide a nice backbone. Late warmth.

Can from Tavour. Pours dark brn/blk with a moderate dark tan head. Aroma of cinnamon, chocolate, bourbon. Full bodied. Flavor is cinnamon, chocolate, chilies, vanilla, bourbon and notes of non-musty wood. Wow. Not dry, but not sticky. Bitter provided by cinnamon and chilies. Heat is not an issue. Chilies are quite moderate. Amazing stuff.
